Happy Harry’s RibFest Policies and General Info

 

• NO outside food or beverage permitted on the festival grounds unless approved by the FARGODOME.
   

• Alcohol beverage policy - The FARGODOME requires every guest who purchases alcohol to have proper identification. You are not permitted to be in possession of alcohol without valid identification. With every valid I.D. the guest may purchase up to two beverages. The FARGODOME reserves the right to not sell alcohol to any guest at any time.

 

• The main stage shows at Happy Harry’s RibFest are general admission and “festival seating” only, no lawn chairs are permitted in the festival area.
   

• Trained service animals assisting guests are permitted inside the festival grounds. All other animals are prohibited.
   

• Banners and signs are allowed in the festival concert area however they may not be hung or fastened anywhere on the grounds.

 

• The FARGODOME is committed to providing an exciting, safe, family atmosphere during Happy Harry’s RibFest. Guests presenting themselves in a manner that the FARGODOME deems inappropriate or offensive will be removed from the festival grounds. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be denied entry or asked to leave the festival. If a guest interferes with another’s enjoyment of the event, please contact a FARGODOME event staff member.

 

• Small “instant” type cameras (including digitals) are permitted, no audio or video recording is permitted. The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the festival area.

 

• Re-entry is permitted with a current hand stamp during the appropriate times.

 

• Prohibited items - In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, the FARGODOME reserves the right to prevent certain items from being brought into the festival grounds. These items include, but are not limited to, weapons or anything that can be used as a dangerous projectile. Similarly, other items that may jeopardize the safety of the viewing/listening enjoyment of the guests may be prohibited.
